Word is (Via We Love DC) that Top Chef finalist Richard Blais has targeted PQ/Chinatown for a new location of his Flip Burger Boutique next spring. The menu at Flip offers a diverse array of gourmet beef burgers, specialty burgers including Ossobuco and Chorizo, a variety of sides, and creative milkshake flavors like spicy chocolate mole and Krispy Kreme.
If this bears out Flip would be another formidable contender in the DC Burger Wars. Presently for me Ray's Hellburger, which is a hop skip and a jump from my office, is at the top of the mountain.
