Buddha Bar build-out now underway

The buildout of Buddha Bar at 455 Mass has begun. The building permit has been posted and, as is customary, the windows have been papered up to conceal the progress inside. The general contractor for the project is Forrester Construction.

I have not come across an official update from the ownership group. They are clearly behind schedule for the possible November soft opening they mentioned back in April. If I were to purely speculate I would think the opening would be >= 4-6 months away.
