More Retail space at 455 Mass
Even with Buddha Bar signing on to lease just shy of 10,000 sf the 455 Mass building still has retail space available. The Rappaport Retail brokerage's property listing shows that 1,680 sf of retail space is still on the market.

Interesting to see how quickly it fills given the economy.
What is exactly wrong with a bank it will give the owner rent for a otherwise empty spot provide jobs and will benefit customers of the bank.
