Interior photos of Level Lounge shell

Sunday evening I was provided a brief tour of the shell of the future home of Level Lounge (315 H Street NW). Each of the four above grade floors has roughly the same 2200 floorplate. Below are a few interior photos from the building.

The ceilings on each floor were only 9 or 10" in height. That's typical for a residence (these were once apartments) but out of the ordinary for a lounge, bar or restaurant in today's market.

In many of the rowhouse-to-bar conversions I've been into I think they have consolidated "N" floors with low ceilings to "N-1" floors with vaulted ceilings.
