Has anyone heard of any rumors about potential tenants for this site at 6th & H Streets? Do you have ideas about what would potentially be great for this location?

I think what I'd really like to see is for one of the Chinese restaurants on the 600 block of H St to move into this location. Virtually all of those restaurants are in terrible condition, and need to close down for renovations.
A good restaurant would be a great addition.
