Based on the images around City Vista I would guess the Google trucks cruised by in early/mid spring. Trees are green, the Hancock movie banner is up, but 5th Street Hardware is still not open.

Google Street View
In July we highlighted Google's new walking directions. Today we learned (via GGW) that Google's Street View is now available for Washington DC.
Based on the images around City Vista I would guess the Google trucks cruised by in early/mid spring. Trees are green, the Hancock movie banner is up, but 5th Street Hardware is still not open.
