Artwalk lights and benches
With the tree planting completed the next major upgrade to the 2nd and Mass park in tentatively slated for the fall. The plan from DPR is to transplant the lighting, benches, bike racks and trash cans from the Art Walk when development of the Old Convention Center site begins.

When is the City Center project going to begin?
Great idea!!
i walked by the park today and the new trees are budding!
Someone from City Planning who is responsible for Art Walk says this is a long way off because the old convention center site is on hold indefinitely. Any insight?

I really don't have any insight on that at the present time. But when I do I will post it.
