As an one-day intermission to the Singles Sales Discussion, I give you what some Madrigal residents are coining the DuMont Giraffe Annex.

Is work continuing on the Dumont? Or has it stopped?
I saw a lull in November. But they are atleast working on the curb appeal items right now. Can't attest to what's going on inside the building...
I believe these gates are part of the master plan to keep the owners out. Oops, I mean the angry mob. Oops, I mean they are...oh never mind.
this is te loading dock for the east building...thus the height of the gates.
oh the dumont.
I drove by The Dumont this morning and saw some workers working on the entrance to 425 Mass. they were in and out of the building.
